Teacher Training
The Classical Pilates Centre teacher training program is set up to teach teachers how to deliver Pilates the way it was developed by Joseph Pilates himself.
Pilates Instruction
We offer Pilates instruction for everyone from absolute beginners to experts on a one-to-one basis in our fully equipped studio located in the historic Adelphi Mill in beautiful Bollington, Cheshire. We also offer sessions via Zoom for anyone unable to attend the studio.
